I have been eyeing these sunglasses for months and still cannot think of a way to afford them. The only option I have is to stop eating for a month; however, by that point by body would not really exisit and a pair glasses wouldn't matter. I love them so much I would sleep in them.  

Drinking on a Monday

Welcome back, Monday. My favorite thing about a Monday is that it always requires a coffee, no excuses. In a weird way carrying a coffee is like an accessory and for today, it will be my favorite accessory. Happy coffee drinking! xx



Making Progress

IT IS HAPPENING! We are making progress, people! After a mild meltdown today, by mild I mean I almost cried myself into a coma, progress is being made. When my roommate came home this afternoon I was happy to see her but I was more excited that the man behind her was the super from our building. Yes, he did install my air conditioning unit and he is taking down that damn loft. Happy days are ahead.

P.S. Maybe he will even build my new desk for me so I don't have to touch a set of tools. Fingers crossed.

Relax

Sunday's are my favorite day of the week. A Sunday always feels like a Sunday, never a Monday or a Friday. I spend most of my Sunday's reading blogs and relaxing when I would really should be doing homework. I also daydream a lot on Sunday's. I daydream about shopping and my wonderful studio apartment that does not exist. These are some of my current Sunday inspirations..

I dream of having a big rug, a big fur rug. We all know that will not happen in my 9x9 room; however, I believe I have found the perfect substitute:

 I cannot wait for this rug to come in! I will be sure to post pictures and update about how this little guy looks in the room.

I daydream all day about how I want to decorate my room. I finally get to start from scratch, nothing but empty space and a window. Furniture shopping has become a full-time job in my spare time. I never want to decide right away and then I go back and someone else has purchased the piece I want. The cycle is never ending. I will happily take any advance on where to find an affordable, good piece of furniture. Suggestions?

...and my new apartment. I have officially moved into my new apartment; however, by "new apartment" I mean my 9x9 room. I could not be happier though. Anyways, they do say it is the little things in life that make you happy. Happy 4th of July family and friends! xx
